Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Srijitam, your satisfaction and trust matter deeply to us. While our products undergo strict quality checks and careful packaging, certain rare issues may occur during transit or due to human error. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our guidelines below.
1. GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific cases of wrong, damaged, or missing products.
You must inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery.
We cannot process any exchange or issue resolution request raised after 24 hours.
2. CASES ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
A. Wrong Product Received
You may request an exchange if:

The product received is not what you ordered.

The product is unused, unopened, intact, and in saleable condition.

You provide a mandatory unboxing video showing package opening from start to finish.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
B. Damaged Product Received
If a product arrives damaged:

Retain the damaged product until we verify the issue.

Share clear photos/videos showing the damage.

Provide a mandatory unboxing video.
-
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
C. Missing Product in Order
If any item is missing:

Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

A mandatory unboxing video is required for verification.
3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To process any exchange claim (wrong/damaged/missing), a continuous unedited unboxing video is required.
This helps us verify the issue and prevents misuse of the exchange policy.
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
4. EXCHANGE FEES (CUSTOMER ERROR)
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and request an exchange:

A fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

This fee covers two-way logistics charges (pickup + delivery of the correct item).
This fee applies only when the customer ordered the wrong product.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES

Refunds are NOT initiated in any circumstance after the goods are sold.

Only replacement will be provided for eligible issues.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike, fragrance preference, or change of mind.

All decisions regarding replacements are subject to internal verification and approval.
6. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
You may contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery through any of the following:

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order:

Within 24 hours of placing it, OR
-
Before the shipment label is generated
Once the shipment label is created (automated by our logistics partner), cancellation is dependent on courier pickup timelines.

If the package has already been picked up, cancellation is not possible.
-
Prepaid orders are processed instantly and therefore cannot be cancelled once submitted.
We do not accept cancellations after delivery.
8. REFUND POLICY FOR PREPAID ORDERS
Srijitam does not issue monetary refunds after an order is dispatched, except in special courier-related situations.
A. If Delivery Fails Due to Courier Issues
If the courier fails to deliver the order:

We will reship your order at the earliest, OR
-
If you wish, we can issue a coupon code equal to the order amount (valid for future purchases).

No direct refunds will be issued.
B. If the Order Is in Transit & Customer Refuses Delivery
If you refuse delivery once the package is in transit:

A ₹200 deduction will be applied to cover logistics charges.
-
The remaining amount will be issued as store credit / coupon code.
9. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE (IF APPLICABLE)
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases:

Refund initiation: 5–7 business days

Refund reflection in bank: 10–15 business days (varies by bank)

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

A Refund ID / Transaction ID will be shared if required

For delays, please contact your issuing bank with the refund reference
10. ORDER CANCELLATION BY SRIJITAM
Srijitam reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Payment verification issues

Stock unavailability
-
Invalid address or contact details
-
Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Operational or logistical constraints
Any cancellation communication or replacement coupon will be issued promptly.
